What we expect:
- Enhance existing partnerships while establishing new connections with local universities and community-based organizations to create and maintain student consulting services that are scalable and dependable.
- Supervise staff to execute logistical plans during special events, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Associate Site Directors to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to the overall program experience.
- Manage university partnerships and coordinate virtual and in-person recruiting logistics, scheduling of information sessions, higher education and career fairs, and other targeted engagement events.
- In collaboration with community partners, plan and execute workshops, and info sessions both on-campus and virtually, to raise awareness about Bridge, generate eligible leads, and add value to university alumni and current students.
- Create and implement school-specific strategies to create brand awareness across college campuses and community-based organizations.
- Develop deep relationships with career services, academic departments, student groups, and alumni associations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet enrollment needs.
- Maintain data cleanliness and perform ad-hoc reporting in Salesforce as necessary.
- Work alongside the Recruiting team and Program Manager(s) to create a smooth transition process from candidate to enrolled student.
- Partner with the marketing team to produce creative, marketing, and social media materials to expand brand awareness and reach.
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Experience working in a boarding education environment is preferred.
- Leadership skills with student recruiting experience are required.
- Must be fluent in English and local language/s.
- Must be willing to travel locally to other local cities.
- Must have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA is preferred.
- Must reside within a 1-hour commuting distance of the job location.
- 5+ years of professional work experience in a related industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of the public higher education ecosystem.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a growing team and set of responsibilities.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, and the ability to conduct information sessions and workshops.

Residency Policy
All employees must reside
within commuting distance of the desired location. This position is not transferable
to other locations.
